Core Requirements
Strong creative taste and understanding of brand identity, aesthetics, and positioning
Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Lovable (or similar)
Ability to design, manage, and maintain brand kits (colors, typography, visual systems)
Strong writing ability for captions, posts, and messaging aligned with brand positioning
Ability to execute consistently, manage content calendars, and ensure visual/messaging consistency
Experience inside GoHighLevel is a big plus
Comfortable working CET / GMT+1 timezone

👉 Give clear creative direction to our video editor
👉 Turn podcast episodes into reels and short-form content
👉 Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all channels
👉 Take one piece of content and distribute it strategically across platforms
